Carrying weapons on duty

• ·Carry only the weapons the server provides for NHP troopers at your rank.
• ·Do not copy weapon rules from other departments.
• ·Do not invent weapon certifications or restrictions that NHP has not published.
• ·If you are unsure whether a weapon is permitted, ask a supervisor before you equip it.

Using weapons

• ·Use force only when it is justified by the situation. See the Use of Force section.
• ·Do not draw on every stop. Firearms are for an immediate deadly-force threat.
• ·Do not fire into traffic or toward uninvolved players.
• ·Report every use of force before your shift ends.

NHP has no SWAT or sniper certification. Do not roleplay certifications the department has not created.
